Terms and Conditions of VIP Card AdvertisersTERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT:
This agreement is between Atlanta Entertainment Ticket, LLC., d.b.a. “theVIPcard” and your place of business, hereinafter referred to as the “client”. RELATIONSHIP This agreement creates the following relationship between Atlanta Entertainment Ticket, LLC and the “Client” and no other relationship exists outside of what is stated in this agreement. Atlanta Entertainment Ticket, LLC is the owner of the VIPcard and offers a FREE subscription to the “Client” for duration of 1-year. The 1-year subscription period starts on the date this contract is signed. The subscription will automatically renew for additional one year terms until canceled by either party. Atlanta Entertainment Ticket, LLC agrees to advertise the VIPcard and will sell its memberships for a fee. AGREEMENT TO HONOR THE VIP CARD The “Client” agrees to post discounts on at least a quarterly basis for the benefit of VIPcard members. These discounts must be exclusive of any other discounts that the “Client” is offering and must provide the VIPcard member with the best savings. Additionally, the “Client” agrees to honor said discounts for the duration of the campaign which will run quarterly. Please see the cancellation policy for information regarding canceling your subscription. (If the client does not honor the VIP card, the client will be subject to pay the full quarterly advertising fee of $400.00 for our time and advertising services.) CANCELLATION POLICY Subscriptions run for a duration of 1-year. In order for the “Client” to cancel their subscription they must send written notice to Atlanta Entertainment Ticket, LLC at least 30-days prior to the expiration this agreement. The “Client agrees that all discounts will be honored until the end of the quarter in which they cancel.
